The HRM, should come up with ways of managing the international recruitment (Boxall, Purcell and Wright, 2008).All these approaches should conform to the organization’s goals and should boost the revenue of the company. In this paper, the organizational approaches are discussed as per Sparrow (2007) and the best strategy to fit in my organization. Also, current trends and strategies in international recruitment are also deliberated.
