The purpose of this work was to investigate the effect of cross-cultural sensitivity in the effective management of Canadian multinationals although general information on cross-cultural sensitivity in the effective management is described. The study utilized semi-structured interviews with senior managers of ten (10) randomly selected Canadian multinational companies in different sectors. The interview data was analyzed through open coding. This empirical study reveals four benefits of cross-cultural sensitivity in the effective management of Canadian multinationals. Cultural sensitivity enhances partnership and recruitment of the best employees; it enhances employee satisfaction and production of market-relevant products and services. It also enhances effective communication within the organization, thus enhancing interactions among the management, employees and customers.
