Tutor description

This paper is provided as study guides only please do not submit this document directly to any university. After system changes are created it is necessary to evaluate whether they can be implemented in a live system, or if they need to be acceptance tested offline first. If it is necessary to test the changes before putting them into production, formal testing procedures will need to be created based on how the system is used to insure it will work properly in every possible scenario when it is put into live operation. If the changes are minor, or not deemed critical to the business, it may be decided no formal testing is necessary before the software change goes into live production. In that case, there will need to be a designated time established for the system to be taken down for the implementation of the change.
