In this case, plaintiffs are the quarterback and his immediate family and the injured fan and his immediate family. There is likely to be a sizable impact of the ability of the family of the injured party to produce income. The plaintiffs are the quarterback and the opposing player.According to the requirements of tort law, in this case compensatory damages are the most likely claim for both the quarterback and the injured fan.
