For this studythe researcher used proportion allocation method of sampling, 216 students (136 boys and 80 girls) and 35Teachers (27 male and 8 female) were selected for this study. The study indicates that, majority of therespondents were at the age of 10-14 years and most of them were male. Most of the respondents were satisfiedfrom best teaching in the school and they considered that as a pull factor. Poverty is marked by majority of therespondents as push factor to BEFARe schools.
