Tutor description

This is a case of a 34 year-old female who came in due to nape pains and generalized weakness for the past 4 days. She is a retail store manager who is subjected to a lot of pressure lately due to dwindling sales revenue. Her condition started 2 months ago when she noticed dizziness one morning upon waking up, aggravated by the upright position, relieved by lying down and resting. At that time, she attributed this to pre-menstrual syndrome. She took Tylenol 500 mg 2 doses and felt some relief. A month ago, she came in for her general checkup. Her BP was noted to be elevated to 180/95 from a baseline of 145/80 from last year’s. She was advised to change her lifestyle and diet as well as to monitor her blood pressure at home. She felt relatively well until 3 weeks ago when she felt progressively weak and nauseated when waking up in the morning. She tested her urine using a pregnancy kit that turned negative.
