Parkinson's DiseaseSoc 313IntroductionParkinson's disease is a disorder that is progressive and neurological. It is characterized by rigidity and postural instability, rest tremor, and bradykinesia. The causal factors of the disease are not known, but developing evidence indicates that it may due to genetic and environmental factors. Treatment during the early stages of the disease has progressed, and proof indicates that dopamine agonist monotherapy may put a stop to the change in response to the progression of the disease. Treatment during the further stages of the disease concentrates on progressing control of a number of specific clinical problems.Management of motor response changes, for example, nighttime deterioration, dyskinesias, early morning deterioration, and psychiatric problems can only be successful if there are strategies for treatment. Although tremendous efforts and developments have been made in comprehending the pathophysiology that lie beneath this condition, the cause is not yet known, and there is no treatment that is curative.
