Applied Project: Stage-FourPsychology 496Ashford UniversityWithin the body of my study, it is my plan and my overall goal, to effectively measure the responses of both bully and victim alike, regarding their overall feelings in response to the epidemic of bullying. The process I intend to use in measurement is the classic interview; I plan to take ten-kids from each group, bullies and victims, and set them in a controlled environment in which I plan to ask each of them individually, a series of questions relating to the topic of bullying. Male and female alike will be used within my study, because I feel that both genders play an equal role in this epidemic.Qualitative Study and AnalysisThe study that I'm proposing is qualitative in nature, and will require a different set of analysis than that of a quantitative study, so in regards to this, I plan to use the coding system as my source of analysis. With qualitative research, it is necessary to obtain data through the use of a narrative(s). I plan to obtain my narrative through the use of several different types of coding: open, selective and axial coding. These sources of coding are as follows:1.) Open Coding: Open coding is the process of selecting and naming categories from the analysis of the data.
