AbstractFortunately, in recent decades humanity is becoming more and more aware of an importance of the global climate change. Scientific associations and communities are especially alarmed to the warming effect of the Earth's climate system, and concluded that recent temperature increase is caused by increased concentrations of greenhouse gases from human activities. Greenhouse gases include carbon dioxide which is known to be produced not only naturally, but also due to human activities such as burning fossil fuel sand wide spread deforestation (1).There are four major drivers that directly lead to a climate change - greenhouse gases, air temperature and water vapor, ocean temperature, and sea level. One of the important reasons of the climate change is atmospheric carbon dioxide level, which directly influences oceanic carbon dioxide (1). Increase of oceanic carbon dioxide makes Earth's oceans to become more acidic. Moreover, increase in carbon dioxide levels contributes to the temperature increases due to a greenhouse effects. This combined effects influence the metabolic rate changes for the marine organisms. An increased acidity and temperature of the ocean directly impacts ocean life - corals, clams, shrimp, and enormous amount of other marine organisms that carry calcium carbonate shells and skeletons.Marine ecosystems provide food, products, valuable ecological functions and recreational opportunities, which altogether is extremely important for any human life
